“We have teamed up with Dubai Chamber and Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai to inculcate in our staff healthy financial management habits which will ultimately lead up to happier employees,” says HE Ahmad Bin Shafar, Chief Executive Officer of Empower. “These financial education ice-breakers provide more practical ideas of Dubai leadership’s vision which focuses on the happiness for residents and citizens, and raise the satisfaction index among employees in the Emirate.”
Empower’sfinancial literacy sessions were in line with the ‘Together for a Better Future’ campaign organised by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aimed at having engaged and happy workforce that will boost productivity and create a happy environment at the workplace, which will also contribute actively to the growth of the company.
