Ezdan to sell real estate assets in 2014

Qatari real estate firm, Ezdan Holding Group has said it plans to sell real estate with a value of QR3bn in 2014, as a part of its strategic plan to partially exit its real estate investments, the Peninsula has reported. Ezdan said it would sell five residential villages (Ezdan villages 3,7,8,11 and 36 in Wakra), comprising 2,660 housing units, said group CEO, Ali Al Obaidli. The sale process has been developed this year will be retail oriented, he said on the sidelines of Cityscape real estate exhibition.
