FRiENDi Mobile top-up adds to BankDhofar e-Channels’ convenience

Central to its vision to be the best bank in the Sultanate, providing convenient and instant banking products and services, BankDhofar recently launched a mobile top-up option for FRiENDi subscribers through its various e-Channels.

The new feature allows FRiENDi users to add credit to their mobile phones through BankDhofar Mobile Banking and Internet Banking facilities. Not limited to the bank’s customers, FRiENDi subscribers whose accounts are with other banks will soon be able to use any of the 52 BankDhofar Cash Deposit Machines that are strategically located across the Sultanate.

Earlier, BankDhofar entered into a strategic tie-up with FRiENDi to provide the best banking experience for customers, meet their needs and requirements, and exceed their expectations. FRiENDi mobile top-up option is available across BankDhofar e-channels: Mobile Banking and Internet Banking, and shortly via CDMs. BankDhofar is the first bank in the Sultanate to provide this service to its customers and to all FRiENDi subscribers as the service was launched at the beginning of this year.
