“The growth of the Gulf Property Show over three years has firmly established the Show and Bahrain as an important real estate trading hub,” idas Jubran Abdulrahman, Managing Director of organisers Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).
The Gulf Property Show, the boutique showcase for real estate and property developments, is set to take place from the 26th – 28th April 2016 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre (BIECC).
The Gulf Property Show (GPS) in 3 years has grown year on year by over 48%. The event showcases commercial and residential real estate developments in Bahrain, GCC, Turkey, USA, UK, and Europe to a targeted audience of investors.
“The Gulf Property Show is a trusted window to the GCC’s Real Estate and Property Development industry. Bahrain’s financial and real estate regulatory framework is a contributory factor to the success of the show in attracting the Kingdom’s leading developers to showcase and launch current and future developments,” added Mr Abdulrahman .
The Gulf Property 2015 show was attended by 7,200 unique registered visitors who ensured that many developers left the Property Show with sold-out developments.
“The growth of Gulf Property Show for 2016 looks positive, with 6 months to go before the opening of the Exhibition we have already sold 60% of the exhibition space and we have strong enquiries from both Bahrain and Internationally for the remaining spaces,” added Ahmed Suleiman, HCE Exhibition Director.
“The 2015 Gulf Property Show was considered by many of our Exhibitors to be a business success. One exhibitor sold 24 pieces of land during the three days of the Exhibition, while other developers completely sold out the project on display at the Show,” added Mr. Suleiman
Gulf Property Show 2016 carries with it the strategic sponsorship of Diyaar Al Muharraq and Manara Developments and the support of the Bahrain property Developers Association (BaPDA).
Gulf Property Show takes place alongside two other major exhibitions –gulf BID and gulf Interiors, continuing the B2B and B2C Platforms for the construction, interior and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.
