Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, hosted recently, its first-ever ‘Coffee with CEO,’ a newly launched initiative providing a platform for an up-close-and-personal interaction between CEO and the company employees.
The initiative falls in line with Imdaad’s mission to build a work environment that values, supports and empowers employees of all ranks and departments as well as promote a culture that respects individuals and rewards achievements.

Lootah was joined by other senior officials from Imdaad in meeting with the staff over coffee, in which Imdaad’s high-performing staff received the coveted ‘Employee of the Month’ recognition and other appreciation awards. A group of employees, who will be invited to the monthly gathering, will have an opportunity to interact with the CEO in a relaxed atmosphere.
