Izzat Marji Group (IMG) organized an introductory trip to Germany and Switzerland for a group of the Kingdom’s top architects and interior designers, introducing them to the cutting-edge technologies utilized at the European factories of GROHE and Laufen.
The trip served as an opportunity for IMG to bolster its relationship with major engineering offices operating within the Kingdom.
During the six-day trip, participating engineers toured Laufen’s ceramic and faucet factory in Switzerland, where they were treated to a presentation on the company. Afterward, the visiting group made its way to GROHE’s technology center in Germany, where they were provided with a general introduction to the company’s operations. While in Germany, the group also toured the GROHE factory’s faucet production lines and its warehouses, as well as the Company’s Red Dot Design Museum.
“This trip represents the latest excursion in a series of annual visits arranged by IMG for the various engineering offices with which we cooperate,” said IMG’s Director Eng. Basil Marji. “By familiarizing the Kingdom’s engineers with the latest technological advances in the field and keeping them informed on the premium products we currently offer the local market, we hope to strengthen their confidence in not only us, but in our products and services. During the trip, which was a success by all measures, the engineers were able to become better acquainted with the items created by two of the finest and most prestigious sanitary product manufacturers in the world, GROHE and Laufen, both of which IMG is proud to work with.”
