Kuwaiti health ministry approves clinics segregation plan

The Kuwaiti health ministry has approved a recommendation to allocate morning check-up hours at out-patient clinics in public hospitals for citizens only, Kuwait Times has reported. This follows a similar experiment applied earlier this year at the Jahra Hospital, which senior ministry officials said was "successful." Announced last March, the plan gives Kuwaitis priority in medical check-ups during morning shifts, while makes it mandatory for foreigners to stop by at afternoon shifts for medical tests at all outpatient clinics in public hospitals.
