The Saudi government is set to open a new SR95m ($25.33m) hospital in Western Region on June 18, Arab News has reported. Built on an area of 4,000 square meters in Jeddah, the Al-Nasim Hospital will provide medical treatment for more than 300,000 people, health officials said. The new hospital will offer medical specialisations in cardiology, general surgery, internal medicine, ENT, dentistry, dermatology and plastic surgery in addition to special clinics for children. It will also feature three major and three minor operation rooms, a lab, X-ray department, delivery rooms and emergency sections.
