Oman engineering college selects 19 interns

The Caledonian College of Engineering (CCE) in Oman has selected 19 students for the international internship programme, Times of Oman has reported. The PMA Student Internship Scheme, sponsored by P Mohammed Ali, Chairman of the College's Board of Directors, together with the affiliates of CCE, is an international student internship awarded annually to the top 10 students who have completed their third year of engineering studies at the college or who are midway through their final year. The programme covers the intern's airfare and travel, accommodation, food and subsistence and a nominal stipend. Another five scholarships are provided by Glasgow Caledonian University to students with the highest academic credentials.
