Qatar’s Al Ahli Hospital receives HACCP certification

Al Ahli Hospital in Qatar has said it has been certified with Hazard Analysis and Identify Critical Points (HACCP), Gulf Times has reported. The process for the certification began at Al Ahli hospital in January 2012. HACCP is a preventive food safety system by identifying hazards that threaten the food safety, whether biological, physical or chemical, and then determines the CCPS critical points that need to be controlled to ensure product safety
