Samsonite, the world-class luggage brand in the UAE and a market leader internationally in the luggage industry for over a century has been honored with the ‘Best Service Performance Brand Award’ in the General Retail Category under the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) at the Dubai Quality Awards 2015.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid awarded the winners at the ceremony.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President of UAE and the Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, attended the 21st Business Excellence Awards ceremony hosted by the Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai at Sheikh Rashid Hall, Dubai World Trade Centre on 20th April 2015 to honor the 54 awardees of Dubai Quality Awards (DQA), Dubai Human Development Award (DHDA) and Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) for outstanding pursuit of excellence during 2014. The event was attended by top government officials, industry leaders and other special invitees.
