Seef Mall celebrates National Day festivities with range of events for customers

From December 14th to 19th, the mall will run a national-spirited initiative under the name 'Unity - Let's Join Hands Together for Bahrain'

Seef Mall, the Kingdom’s most popular family destination for shopping and entertainment, will be celebrating National Day with its visitors with an array of excitement including traditional games, activities, music, Bahrain national flag color-themed giveaways and fun offers.

From December 14th to 19th, the mall will run a national-spirited initiative under the name ‘Unity – Let’s Join Hands Together for Bahrain’. It will feature a large board with the map of the Kingdom of Bahrain for visitors of the mall to fill it in with their handprints in red, white and blue paint. The first handprint was marked by the Deputy Capital Governor Hassan Abdulla Al-Madani, on December 14th.

On December 16th and 17th, the mall will host folkloric Jarba and Laiwa performances from 4pm to 7pm near the West Wing. Additionally, there will be an arts-and-crafts area for children, bead art and balloon twister near Hawaj in the East Wing from 10am to 10pm until December 19th. The mall will also have traditional activities, handicrafts and music in the West Wing run by the General Organization for Youth and Sports (GOYS).

Adding to the mall’s fun-filled experience, the first 50 customers of Magic Island dressed in red-and-white will receive a free BD5 play card. Seef will also give away a variety of fun red-and-white freebies including bags, caps, plush toys, plastic horns, tambourines, scarves and hand-held fans. Visitors can collect the freebies from the Customer Service desk and join the festivities around the mall.

Commenting on the initiative, Robert Addison, General Manager, Seef said, “National Day marks one of the most important and thrilling days in Bahrain and it’s a delight for Seef to join the exciting festivities and celebrate with our local and regional visitors.”
