Sharjah Ladies Club gears up to organise Ebriez Fashion Exhibition

As part of its Ramadan’s activities, Sharjah Ladies Club will organise the Ebriez Fashion Exhibition at the club’s Kunooz Ballroom every day at 9:00 pm to 1:00 am from 8th to 12th of July.

A portion of the proceeds of the exhibition will be donated to the Big Heart Campaign, which was launched in support of Syrian refugee children by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs.

Sponsored by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, the five-day women only exhibition will showcase latest collections of Abayas and Shaylas, dresses, jewellery, children’s garments, Eid garments, home accessories, gifts in addition to a daily Suhoor as well as daily draws for valuable prizes. The activity will include a lecture on positive energy scheduled to be delivered by Hala Kazim, the social consultant and founder of Journey Through Change.

Commenting on the occasion, Ameera Al Jariri, Events and Public Relations Manager at Sharjah Ladies Club, said: “Organising the Ebriez Fashion Exhibition in the Holy Month of Ramadan gives women the opportunity to be involved in benevolent deeds and to contribute to charitable causes, as a part of the proceeds will be donated to the Big Heart Campaign. The exhibition, also, caters to the women’s need for fashion, accessories, and Eid gifts. All the items on display have been carefully selected to fit the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramdan and Eid.”

Al Jaziri affirmed the club’s eagerness to host events and activities for ladies and their children during Ramadan and Eid, including exhibitions, workshops and training courses, as the club is keen to keep the women and their children positively occupied and entertained, and to allow children to have fun, hone their talents, and develop their skills during the summer holiday.

Sharjah Ladies Club seeks to further develop the role of UAE woman in society and improve services and facilities provided to women and their children. The club offers a comfortable atmosphere for sport, relaxation and education and organises a variety of art, sporting, entertaining, healthcare and cultural activities throughout the year for women and their children with the aim to enhance women’s contribution to building and advanced and positively interactive community.
