“Tamkeen” contributes to improving Human Resources practices

The second graduation of the “Certified Professionals in Human Resources & Compensations” which is one of Tamkeen’s flagship Talent Management and Professional Certifications programmes was on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. These programmes are provided by Tamkeen as part of its continuous efforts to develop the skills and capabilities of the Bahraini human capital and make it the best human talent available for employment or for enhancement of the existing skills.

The 114 graduates received a certificate of “Certified Professional in Human Resources and Compensation” from Golden Trust Training and Consultancy, the approved training provider of Tamkeen that provides the relevant training in partnership with the Institute of Human Resources Management and Education in the United States (iHRME). The number of beneficiaries of this programme has now reached 281 professionals.

The ceremony was attended by Ms. Suad Al Shakrani, Human Capital Development Senior Manager in Tamkeen, Dr. Lulwa Al Mutlaq, President & CEO of Golden Trust Training and Consultancy, the institute’s executive management and a number of VIPs, invited on this occasion.

It is worth mentioning that the Programme offers quality training courses on the best leadership and management practices. This helps meet the needs of small and medium enterprises and the Bahraini employees of the private sector in order to enable them to implement these practices in their organisations and ultimately improve its performance and of its employees, thus participating effectively in upgrading the private sector and making it the engine of growth of the national economy.

On this occasion, Ms. Suad Al Shakrani said: “Tamkeen congratulates the learners of the second graduation who received their certificates in “Certified Professional in Human Resources and Compensations” where they have joined the alumni of this programme who have graduated last year.
