How are middle east real estate markets faring or impacted following a US crackdown on outflows from China?
They aren’t according to Invest Group Overseas Managing Partner and CEO Anas Kozbari.
“There is an influx of real estate investments in the Middle East, especially in Dubai,” Kozbari told Bloomberg, in a TV interview.
“Dubai has proven to be safe haven for property developments, with interest coming from the subcontinent, Europe, and troubled Middle East areas, making the market stable and going forward.”
Kozhari mentioned two challenges that need dealing with. He said certain people are calling for more aggressive pricing, particularly with payment terms, “But that shouldn’t be at the expense of quality.”
The other challenge is that as Dubai is getting bigger, with commuting becoming more complicated, needing careful attention to sustainability.
