Warba Bank has always been keen on attracting and maintaining national caliber. Within this frame, the Bank has appointed Mr. Abdullah Jassim Hamada in the position of a Human Resources Assistant Manager starting from February 2015.
Prior to joining Warba Bank, Mr. Hamada has worked in several sectors, including oil and banking, which have contributed in enhancing his technical and leadership skills. He also played a significant role in the successful delivery of human resources plans for several oil projects, as well as his contributions in establishing human resources departments in many prestigious institutions.
Mr. Hamada is well-experienced in managing and implementing strategies for human resources. His duties include designing programs for staff development, evaluation, attracting staff and succession programs. He has also demonstrated excellent abilities in dealing with sensitive issues pertaining to employee relations in the most professional and confidential manner under Kuwaiti labor law of which Mr. Hamada has deep knowledge.
Mr. Hamada holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Information Systems from Kuwait University. He has also received promising leadership certificate (the National project for Leaders of Development “Thukhur” in collaboration with Cornell University in New York, United States in addition to SPHR certification in Human Resources and many other specialized certifications in the field of human resources.
