Wasl awards Kettle Collective Jumeirah Courtyards deal

UAE-based Wasl, the asset management division of Dubai Real Estate Corp (DREC) has awarded the UK's architecture firm, Kettle Collective, the contract to design around 300 villas and apartments at the Jumeirah Courtyards project, Building Design has reported. The mixed-use development will include more than 80 villas and 210 apartments, as well as 100,000 sq ft of high-end retail space, with construction due to start in early 2014.Kettle Collective is working with US-headquartered Ted Jacob Engineering Group, who will be carrying out the structural and MEP engineering on the project, along with local Quantity Surveyors NEA.
