Abu Dhabi still experiencing housing undersupply

UAE-based Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing has said that Abu Dhabi is still experiencing a housing undersupply and has predicted further pressure on property prices in Dubai. However, the study said that Abu Dhabi's office market is expected to enter into over-supply by the end of 2010 and record an additional 1.2 million sq m of supply before the end of 2012, half of which will be part of large-scale mixed-use projects and tower buildings.
