DSI will not pay dividend for 2010

Dubai-based Drake and Scull International (DSI) has announced the firm's board has decided to not pay any dividends to shareholders for 2010, Reuters has reported. The board also approved establishing a new subsidiary in India, without giving more details. DSI, which reported an unchanged fourth-quarter net profit of Dhs41m ($11.17m) last month, paid a dividend of 7% in 2009.
