Egyptian Resorts announces profits rise

Real estate firm Egyptian Resorts has announced an 18% rise in unconsolidated full year net profit to EGP10.6m ($1.8m) for 2010, compared to EGP8.95m in the same period a year earlier, Reuters has reported. The firm, which makes most of its money selling land to developers, had reported a consolidated net loss of EGP3.9m in 2009.
