Sorouh says up to 8% of Reem Island buyers backed out

Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer Sorouh has said that up to 8% of buyers in the firm's Reem Island projects have backed out of their contracts, The National has reported. The developer said that 1,150 units are expected to be handed over to investors in its Sun and Sky towers in January or February, and that it plans to concentrate its entire effort on delivery in 2011.
