Effective Measure enters Oman with new strategic digital publishing alliances

Effective Measure, the leading digital audience profiling and measurement solution for emerging markets, has cemented its presence in Oman with the formal launch of operations and the signing of key foundation clients.

The entry into the digitally dynamic market of Oman is part of Effective Measure’s active pan-African expansion strategy which has included recent launches into the new territories of Zimbabwe, Kenya and Nigeria.

Oman has been marked as a new zone for opportunity to provide enhanced metrics and data analysis to the emerging digital community as the market evolves into one of the most dynamic in terms of mobile growth backed by strong telecommunications investment.
