Earlier this year, I became a yoga teacher and continue to teach meditation.

These practices have encouraged me to explore different philosophies. One that has peaked my curiosity is that two opposing ideas can be true at the same time.

We currently live in a reductionist society. It is this way or that way. And to hold two conflicting ideas simultaneously can feel foreign to our mind. It is convenient to believe if this is true, then that must be false.
