UAE to introduce 5,000 digital ad screens in petrol stations

Dubai-based media firm, Air Mediasells has announced plans to introduce 300 digital advertising screens in UAE petrol stations and retail outlets, as part of a strategy to boost its network in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia, The National has reported. The company, which uses digital screens developed by Amscreen, sells advertising on screens at Enoc, Eppco and Emarat service stations and at other retail outlets. "Our expansion plan is for 5,000 screens across the territories … within a year to a year and a half," said Matthew Pickering, the commercial director at Air Media.
