Future Pipe borrows $150m

Future Pipe Industries Group, a Dubai-based fiberglass pipe maker, plans to borrow $150m from a group of about 12 banks to refinance old debt, reported Bloomberg. Last month the company dropped plans for an initial share sale. Founded in 1984, Future Pipe has 11 factories in the Middle East, US, and Netherlands.
