Iran says industrial exports up 40%

Iranian deputy minister of industry, Safdar Rahmatabadi, has said the Islamic Republic has raised its exports of industrial products in the first half of the Iranian year, which began in March, by 40% despite the Western sanctions, Fars news has reported. Iranian products are now sold in 170 countries, Rahmatabadi said. He didn't give details on the exports or their total value.
