Iranian steel exports up 12%

Iranian steel exports up 12%

Iranian industry ministry has said the country has exported more than $390m worth of steel products in the eight months of the current Iranian calendar year, (from March 20,2012 to November 20, 2012), showing a 12% increase over the same period in the previous year, Mehr news has reported. Exports of steel ingots, however, fell by 79% year-on-year in value and 82% in weight, the ministry said.
