Information Technology Association – Jordan ([email protected]) has unveiled plans to develop a training programme to provide ICT graduates with skills that enable them to find jobs easily, Jordan Times has reported. The programme, which will be developed under an agreement signed between [email protected] and the International Finance Corp (IFC), involves partnerships with several universities and human resources training centres. The kingdom has about 5,000 graduates annually with degrees related to ICT, 3,000 of whom find jobs while the rest remain unemployed or work abroad, the association said.
