Lebanon started paying hospitals higher fees in 2013

Lebanon's Private Hospitals Association has said the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has started paying higher hospitalisation fees for private hospitals at the beginning of 2013, The Daily Star has reported. The cabinet had recently passed a decree increasing the income cap subject to NSSF motherhood and sickness subscription fees from LL1.5m to LL2.5m.
