Oman completes draft regulatory Islamic banking bylaw

Oman's Capital Market Authority (CMA) has said it has completed the initial draft of the regulatory bylaw of the Islamic sukuk, Oman Daily Observer has reported. The regulatory bylaw was issued after the CMA had studied the legislative, audit and procedural areas related to financial tools that are in line with the Islamic Shari'ah rules, the market regulator said.
