Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (Sabic) has signed agreements with Maaden Phosphate Company in Riyadh, reported Arab News. The $3.7bn deal will develop the substantial phosphate deposits at Al-Jalamid and utilize local natural gas and sulfur resources to manufacture diammonium phosphate.
