Abu Dhabi seeking to privatise aviation services

Abu Dhabi is seeking strategic partners to run four of its key aviation services as a first step towards privatisation, reported Khaleej Times. The government said it is seeking to privatise the operations of its cargo terminals, passenger terminals, catering, duty free shops, car parks and other performing assets which are currently being managed by Abu Dhabi Airport Company. ADAC has already appointed Credit Suisse Group as financial advisers to the issue and plans to complete the bidding and award process within this year.
