Alsalam inks deal to maintain 5 Max Aviation planes

Saudi-based Alsalam Aircraft Co has signed a contract with Max Aviation to maintain five Boeing aircraft 747-300 and 747-400, Arab News has reported. Max Aviation will use the aircraft specifically for transportation of pilgrims during the Haj season from different cities in Nigeria. Alsalam is licensed by GACA, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and other regional authorities to carry out maintenance work on Boeing 747, 757, 737, Airbus 300, 320, 330, and 340, and on Gulfstream aircraft.
