Chinese firm wins Saudi contract

China's Harbor Contracting and Engineering Co has won a $586.7m contract to build port facilities at Saudi Arabia's Ras Al-Zour, reported Arab News. It is the second big contract win in the kingdom for the company in recent months. Officials said the facilities will be completed in 2010.
