A mobile phone complaint service has been launched by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) to allow citizens and expatriates to report any lack of proper facilities, Arab News has reported. The Mobile Phone Complaint Service, whcih would be available through an SCTA application for Android and IOS devices, allows for uploading of images and determining locations for easy follow-up, said vice-president of the SCTA for marketing and programmes, Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh.
