Hala Travel Management (HTM), an independent travel management company, has opened its first office in Dubai as part of its regional expansion plan.
The new state-of-the-art office, HTM's sixth location in the UAE, is located in Etihad Airways' flagship one-stop travel retail and check-in facility, the Etihad Travel Mall on Sheikh Zayed Road.
HTM, a joint venture between Etihad Airways and the multinational travel management company BCD Travel, offers a full range of travel consultancy services and solutions for clients in the UAE across government and private sectors.
The services offered by IATA-accredited HTM include a 24-hour contact centre for flight bookings with top airlines globally, hotel reservations, customised holiday packages, tours, limousine and chauffeur service, and worldwide car rentals. HTM's service portfolio also includes visas, travel insurance, and meet and greet services.
For corporate clients, a dedicated team of consultants provides comprehensive travel management solutions tailored to individual business needs. Clients will also benefit from HTM's innovative global reporting tools, which are designed to provide complete transparency and control of their travel programs, as well as deliver significant cost savings.
Peter Baumgartner, Chief Operating Officer of Hala Group, said, "HTM was established in 2011 to expand Etihad Airways' range of business and leisure services, and support the Abu Dhabi 2030 plan. Since then HTM has witnessed enormous year-on-year growth in the Abu Dhabi marketplace, with the ambition to expand the company regionally. To meet this growth, we have launched our new Dubai office, which will cater to the growing demand for modern travel management solutions from the UAE market. With the combination of our wide range of corporate services, leading technology and dedicated skilled professionals, we are confident that we will meet the travel requirements of our customers in Dubai."For more information contact:
