JCSSC to expand $400m port project

Jubail Chemicals Storage and Services Co (JCSSC) has awarded contracts for a new storage, handling and shipping terminal at King Fahd Industrial Port in Jubail, Saudi Gazette has reported. JCSSC, a 75-25 JV between Sabic and Vopak, has awarded the engineering, procurement and construction contracts to China National Chemical Engineering Corp (CNCEC) to implement the $400m project. Once commissioned in early 2015, the storage capacity of the terminal will be approximately 250,000 cubic metres.
