Jordanian hotels calls on tourism ministry to collect Libyan debts

The Jordan Hotels Association (JHA) has recommended delegating the tourism ministry to visit Libya and discuss Libyan patients' outstanding debts to the kingdom's hospitals and hotels, Jordan Times has reported. Hotel owners in Jordan said they were no longer capable of paying their taxes and bills since many Libyans have been staying in hotels without paying. Last week, the Libyan government announced it would pay its outstanding financial dues to Jordan's private hospitals by the beginning of October.
