Middle East airlines see July passenger growth

International Air Transport Association (Iata) report showed that airlines in the Middle East recorded a strong growth of 9.2 per cent in passenger traffic in July, benefitting from the strength of regional economies and solid growth in business-related premium travel, Trade Arabia reported. The growth accompanied a capacity expansion of 8.2%, added the report. The carriers recorded a load factor rise of 0.7 percentage points to 78%.
