The Range Rover Evoque has recently won three new awards, taking its global haul of accolades to a total of 161 in just over three years.
Already widely acclaimed by journalists, critics and owners, the most recent successes have come from the readers of key global titles. In one recent survey, the Evoque scored a near-perfect 94% when participants were asked to rate their cars' audio and entertainment systems as well as other technologies such as phone connectivity and user-friendliness of on-board computers.
Murray Dietsch, Director of Land Rover Programmes, said, "To be recognised by magazine readers is a great honour. It confirms the success of our efforts in building a unique, premium SUV that buyers find truly desirable. Land Rover has raised the standard of in-car technology to class-leading levels."
The Range Rover Evoque includes a suite of customer-focused, in-car technologies and safety features, some of which are purely dedicated to off-road capability.
Since its launch in 2011, the Range Rover Evoque has won 161 international awards for its combination of leading-edge design, striking interior craftsmanship, in-car technology and off-road capability. With highly competitive pricing; a range of powerful yet efficient petrol and diesel engines; on-demand active driveline to enhance agility; and a responsive, fuel-efficient 9-speed automatic ZF transmission; the Evoque continues to appeal to customers with more than 310,000 sales worldwide, making it the fastest-selling Land Rover of all time.
In turn, Abdimajid Haithar, General Manager of Mahmoudia Motors - the sole and official dealer of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Jordan - commented, "We are not surprised to see the Range Rover Evoque rake in such an extensive lineup of global accolades as it is regarded as the most attractive model in the history of Land Rover, especially given its outstanding design features and unmatched performance. The Evoque has been extremely well received by luxury car enthusiasts in the Jordanian market, further reaffirming its unrivalled popularity on the local, regional and international fronts."
