Oman awards Batinah Expressway's package 4

Oman's tender board has awarded the fourth package of the 265km Al Batinah Expressway for a contract value of OR135.65m, Muscat Daily has reported. L&T (Oman), a subsidiary of Indian engineering giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) seems to have won the contract as the awarded value was the same as what was offered by the company, the report said. L&T (Oman) is the lowest bidder for Batinah Expressway's packages 4, 5 and 6, the bids for which were opened recently, it noted.
