STX wins $264m contract

STX Shipbuilding, the world's fifth-largest yard, has won a contract from the Middle East to build four chemical tankers for $264m, reported Bloomberg. The 75,000-deadweight-tonne, mid-size vessels will be delivered by June 30, 2011, the Jinhae, South Korea-based company said in a regulatory filing.
