Kleindienst Group, a leading UAE based real estate agent and developer, has announced that its flagship The Heart of Europe (THOE) project on Dubai's The World has partnered with Seawings, the Middle East's popular seaplane tour operator.
Seawings will work closely with THOE to promote tourism to The World islands, and will offer THOE guests preferential rates to fly over the islands and Dubai's scenic coastline.
Having in the past been rated as the #1 thing to do in Dubai by The New York Times, Seawings will provide THOE's clients and guests with the unique opportunity to see the finest views Dubai has to offer, including its iconic coastline and world famous landmarks, from 1,500 feet in the air. Seawings and THOE will also work closely together to explore the possibility of flying guests from around the GCC to the project via seaplane.
THOE is a unique and iconic holiday destination located on The World in Dubai. Made up of six stunning man-made islands, each capturing a different facet of Europe's unique character, THOE will offer visitors and holidaymakers the authentic charm of Europe. Phase One of construction is currently underway, and once complete, THOE will be home to the world's first climate controlled areas, featuring rain and snow-lined streets, floating villas, the world's largest open aquarium, 5*, 6* and 7* hotels, among an impressive list of other key developments to be announced.
This partnership is the latest announcement regarding transportation to and from The Heart of Europe, which have so far included agreements signed with Dubai's RTA, who will offer water taxis and ferries, and with Ultimate Charter which will provide exclusive access to luxury yachts and other boats.
Commenting, Josef Kleindienst, CEO of Kleindienst Group, said, "We are delighted to partner with Seawings to ensure we give our guests the opportunity to see the very best that Dubai has to offer from the air. We want to ensure that we provide the ultimate holiday experience, and experiencing Dubai by seaplane fits with the high level of service and activities we will offer. We greatly look forward to working with Seawings going forward, and I am confident that together we will provide our guests, from both internationally and in the GCC, with the most unique possible trip to Dubai."
Stuart Wheeler, CEO of Seawings, said, "We are pleased to partner with this one-of-a-kind development on The World. The Heart of Europe hospitality development is the perfect complement to Seawings and this partnership offers prospective investors in Dubai and Seawings passengers a completely unique way to experience The World as well as gain a much larger understanding of the vision that has been created for Dubai. The addition to the Seawings seaplane service provides The Heart of Europe with another element of romance and a departure from the ordinary. We are exceptionally delighted to be involved at the ground breaking stages of this future UAE icon."
