Mantoushe reveals new menu items

Mantoushe has taken flavors from various cultures and combined them with Middle Eastern essences to get that perfect taste.

Mantoushe, the casual dining concept in Jumeirah Lake Towers most known for its dedication to all natural food, unveils its new menu this fall.

Sophia Sleiman, a food scientist, launched Mantoushe in August 2014. The concept was born when Sophia noticed a gap in the market for restaurants that served real food in real time. “ Time vs. quality, with Mantoushe you don’t have to choose. We have listened to our customers and spent a whole year developing our new menu that continues to deliver on our promise of offering clean, honest food”, says Sleiman.

The restaurant, known for its hearty, made-from-scratch cuisine and welcoming atmosphere, now offers an additional array of nine wraps, three colorful salads, green juices, and has introduced the famous Lebanese man’oushe to their menu due to popular demand.

The all-day menu showcases items such as the Southbaked Crisp; a hot wrap with baked crispy chicken, melted mozzarella and cheddar, and topped with Mantoushe’s homemade Buffalo sauce and mayo. Salad lovers can order the Quinowawa; a combination of quinoa & greens, feta cheese, pistachios, cranberries, and tossed with pumpkin seeds and their own glazed balsamic sauce.

Setting it apart from similar venues are its bespoke creations. The fast-casual eatery allows one to build his or her own wrap/salad by selecting a base, a core filling and adding their favorite ingredients. Mantoushe has taken flavors from various cultures and combined them with Middle Eastern essences to get that perfect taste.

With all dishes made in the live and open-space kitchen, customers are able to witness their meals being prepared right before their eyes, giving that extra mile of satisfaction. Everything, down to the bread is baked in-house from scratch everyday.

A hidden gem among the skyscrapers of JLT, Mantoushe‘s sunlit and urban space evokes an industrial theme with finishings crafted from recycled material including pipes and re-salvaged wood. The wide-open, floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the corner of the restaurant create a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor dining on the patio.

Mantoushe restaurant is open everyday from 8 am to midnight, Sunday through Saturday, with a delivery service that averages 22 minutes in surroundings neighborhoods.
