The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, is delighted to announce the launch of its latest culinary offering, The Terrace on the Corniche. The vibrant dining destination invites guests to explore Arabia from a myriad of theatrical live cooking stations.
Brought to life with modern-Arabia inspired music and a selection of fine shisha, this richly decorated day-to-night restaurant boasts an enchanting garden terrace, setting the scene for a memorable evening whether with colleagues, family or friends.
Keeping the concept of ‘social dining’ at the heart of the offerings, dinner commences with a chef’s daily sharing mezze. Guests can then journey between stations, sampling flavours from Turkey, Iran, Armenia, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco.
Signature dishes range from the classic Ottoman Almond Soup to Jordanian Lamb Mansaf, consisting of slow cooked lamb shank with a seasoning mix of cardamom, cinnamon and garlic.
Guests can also indulge in the specialty nights throughout the week starting with ‘From the Sea’ on Wednesdays, a spectacular variety of local, fresh seafood cooked to order with Arabian flair. For those who love to brunch and want to start the weekend early, Thursdays’ ‘Best-Cuts Evening Brunch’ will feature a host of hearty steaks and cold cuts. Lastly, ‘The St. Regis Friday Brunch’ is the perfect way to celebrate the weekend with glass of fizz.
