VICENZAORO DUBAI gains momentum and announces key jewellery industry partnerships

Unique networking platform for the jewellery industry takes place 14 to 17 April 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre

VICENZAORO DUBAI (VOD), organised by DV Global Link – a joint-venture between Fiera di Vicenza and the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), has gained further momentum and has announced new industry partnerships, further cementing the show’s reputation as the flagship networking platform for the jewellery business community in Dubai.

Jewellery industry communities and business leaders on board as strategic partners for VICENZAORO DUBAI include L’Azurde, the largest gold and jewellery designer, manufacturer and distributor in the Middle East and the Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group (DGJG), a trade association with more than 700 members.

In addition, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) will also join as a strategic partner for the unique networking platform, designed for the jewellery business industry in Dubai.

Finally the Dubai Jewellery Community, represented by members of the Gold Souk together with Global Brands, has also come on board, which includes Dhamani, Lamarquise, Jawhara Jewellery, Malabar Gold and Diamonds and the 7Cs.

Taking place from 14 to 17 April 2016, VICENZAORO DUBAI is an unmissable event designed for key players within the luxury jewellery industry. Committed to offering the highest standards in terms of quality and research, the event is an integral platform for influencers and stakeholders within the high-end jewellery sector. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to present their latest, exclusive collections to the most qualified international operators, buyers and visitors from four strategic markets: Middle East, Eurasia, North and East Africa, Central and South Asia.‎

The strategic agreements in place include the sharing of market intelligence between key organisations as well as directional planning, capacity building and forecasting. The Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group, which was formed with the support of the Dubai Department of Economic Development in 1996, will enable access to more than 700 members, providing a great industry network to collaborate with. Further opportunities to build an ongoing dialogue have also been created through the partnership with the Dubai Gold Souk, which represents more than 300 jewellers and influencers in the heart of Dubai’s medina. These partnerships will ensure VICENZAORO DUBAI has representation at all levels within the UAE’s jewellery business community.

In 2015, more than 6,000 regional and international visitors visited VICENZAORO DUBAI, coming from over 110 countries. Visitors attending the 2016 show will represent the best in the sector, confirming Dubai as the gateway for the most important jewellery markets: retailers, store chains, department stores, wholesalers, dealers, importers and exporters, manufacturers, jewellery designers and professional associations.

Dedicated to innovating its offering and inspiring visitors, VINCENZAORO DUBAI 2016 will introduce various new elements to the show, ensuring they can cater to the needs of all their exhibitors and visitors whilst offering insight into the most up to date innovations from the industry . Throughout the four days of VOD 2016, there will be seminars on the latest trends, one-to-one business meetings, conferences and workshops, organized in cooperation with leading international organizations such as International Trade Associations and Institutions, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and Consortiums.

Ahead of VICENZAORO DUBAI 2016, DV Global Link is also organizing a Road Show taking place across 23 countries and 31 cities (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iran, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, Angola, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines).
