ACICO Hospitality launches Nassima Royal

In the presence of Kuwaiti media and journalists, ACICO Hospitality Director of Operations, engineer Nabil Al-Khalid and General Manager, Cornelia Erhardt, proudly announced the launch of its new luxury brand Nassima Royal, situated in the heart of Dubai.

The announcement came during a press conference held on Sunday 20th December at Nassima Royal Hotel hosted by ACICO Hospitality and headed by the Director of Operations, engineer Nabil Al-Khalid who defined the project as “the core investment of the group in the Emirate of Dubai”, due to an increase in the number of tourists within the region rising to more than 12 million in 2014 as stated by officials of the “Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing team.”

ACICO is a listed company with a broad portfolio of activities and interests. Established in 1990, it provides construction services across the GCC real estate spectrum as well as manufacturing building materials. The company’s real estate division manages a collection of properties in Dubai and Fujairah.

During the press conference Al Khalid highlighted “the entry into the luxurious hospitality market came after major studies and an analysis about the future growth in tourist travel trends.”

He expressed pride in joining alliances of Nassima Royal Hotel and Nassima Tower Hotel Apartments which will strengthen and extend their current brand identity to reinforce their market position.

ACICO group is keen to invest and grow within the Gulf Region while aiming to diversify in various sectors and areas. They continue to search for high yielding investment opportunities in stable markets such as those already achieved in Dubai and Fujairah.

Al- Khalid stated that “This entity will soon become a milestone in the field of tourism in Dubai.”
