Bahrain Air plans to launch direct flights to Kuwait from March 30 and Alexandria, Egypt from March 31, reported Khaleej Times. Alexandria flights will be provided four times weekly at 11:00pm and Kuwait three times weekly at 10:30am. The ticket prices are ten Bahraini dinars to Alexandria and seven Bahraini dinars to Kuwait, the daily reported. Currently, Bahrain Air flies regularly from Bahrain International Airport to seven destinations. The airline operates with three Airbus A320s. It is the first privately owned low cost Premium airline of the kingdom. The company was created to contribute to the kingdom's civil aviation, tourism and the transportation industry sectors.
