Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecommunication services provider, is delighted to announce the introduction of the Hindi language to its IVR (196) Customer Contact Centre, to enhance its delivery of round the clock support services for its Indian customers, and to provide them with better customer experience.
Through the Hindi IVR, customers can easily check their prepaid credit balance, MMS and GPRS services, PUK Service, and also refill their SimSim accounts by vouchers or credit card.
Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi said that through this upgrade, Batelco aims to better serve Hindi speakers who utilise the IVR 196 service.
