Oman's Tender Board has invited local and international construction firms to design and build Al Duqm airport's terminal building, Times of Oman has reported. The new airport is part of a government initiative to build four regional airports, including Sohar, Ras Al Hadd and Adam. The proposed terminal would be designed to have a handling capacity of 500,000 passengers per annum. The last date of submission of bids is March 7.
